You will need the following for setup: Login credentials (check your mail), Server IP and Shared Secret Key
NOTE: If your having trouble connecting, change your server address and try again.
- SWISS VPN CREDENTIALS - check your email for your personal credentials
- SHARED/SECRET KEY FOR L2TP: SwissVPN (Is CaSe SenSiTive)
- SERVER ADDRESS SELECTION: connect.swissvpn.net

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING APPLE UPDATES:
Sometimes Apple updates mess up the L2TP / IPsec on MacOS and iPhone. In that case, we recommend to use the following:
